What is MusicVideoBay? |

MusicVideoBay is a place for users to post music videos they find on the web. Then
the user can add the videos to a playlist, favorites, or just view the music videos |

Why register for an account? |

Registration is free and it allows you to create your own playlist and add music
videos to your favorites. |

How do I submit a music video? |
1. Go to the Submit Video Page. If your not
logged in log in or register.
2. Find the video you want on a video hosting site (Youtube, Dailymotion, AOL, Yahoo, Google, Veoh, etc. in a new browser window/tab).
3. Copy the entire embed statement displayed on the video site. To copy highlight
the code and press ctrl+c or right click and click copy.
4. Paste the embed code in the box to the right of "Embedded Code:". To paste press
ctrl+v or right click and click paste.
Example for youtube:
Look for the box below on the site and copy the code to the right of "embed"
Example for dailymotion:
Look for the box below on the site and copy the code to the right of "Embedded Player"
Other sites would be very similiar as the two examples.

No we are just a collection of links from third party sites. |

I want a music video that is not on your site. Can you upload it? |

No we do not upload any videos. You can search on other sites though and provide
the link here |

Why do I get "Error: Your link is not in proper format." when I try to submit a
link? |

You must copy and paste the embed code exactly as it shows on the third party website.
If it still doesn't work we probably don't support the site at the moment. Please
contact us with the link, so we can see if we can support
it. |

MusicVideoBay is a site that simply provides links. Text and pictures are uploaded
by users and the videos are located on third party websites. MusicVideoBay does
not host any videos on its website. MusicVideoBay is not responsible for any content
posted. If you think you have a copyright to a video posted here please notify the
third party site that is hosting the video. |
